道电光划过长空并碰撞城自然历史博物馆。原来是一艘宇宙飞船，外来异兽为了适应地球环境，遂捉住了地球生物－－展馆内冰冻的巨大猛玛。冰冻的４万年前古老猛玛得到解救，巨大猛玛逃出博物馆凶性大发，整个城市瞬间陷入凶猛的铁足之下，到外一片悲呼惨叫，人们无处可逃……。电影讲述高中生仁英（李来饰）因交通事故失去了母亲。对于独自留下的她来说，虽然世界相当恐怖，但是这个少女比想象中要坚强、开朗、朝气蓬勃。口才狂，韧劲大，无论放到哪里，都有生存下来的气势。跳韩国舞蹈的仁英因为拖欠的房租被赶出家门后，躲在自己所属的艺术团里生活，被以严谨著称的艺术团导演雪娥（陈瑞妍饰）发现，两人慢慢变亲近。 另外，仁英和亲近的社区药剂师（孙锡求饰）也像朋友一样相处。。Sophia Loren stars as Phaedra, a poor sponge diver on the lovely Greek isle of Hydra.
