新兵郝冰（崔林 饰）和肖聪（尚于博 饰）军训结束后分配到“神枪手五连”，三班长（范雷 饰）非常喜欢训练刻苦的郝冰，因为他对枪的喜爱远远超出了常人。肖聪则有自已另外的打算，他的志向是报考军校，将来能成为一名军官。梦想往往伴随着艰辛的付出，郝冰为争夺全连头号射手，不畏酷暑，近乎自虐般加大训练量，达到了人枪合一，弹弹击中靶心的水平，中队长（凌潇肃 饰）对他刮目相看。一天，正在烈日下军训的五连接到上级通知，要他们协助当地公安营救一名被歹徒挟持的人质，穷凶极恶的歹徒在过山车上安装了炸药，情况万分危急。郝冰与肖聪主动请缨，慢慢逼近了歹徒......。A story tells about five students and their professor from Kyiv archaelogical Institute.
