OVA第1卷收录的是《羞晒し编》。《羞晒し编》是PS2游戏《寒蝉鸣泣之时祭》初回限定版附赠的小说，同样由龙骑士07执笔，曾改编成Drama CD，这是该小说第一次动画化。该篇以市民游泳池为舞台，与作品主旋律大相径庭，是一部气氛轻松活跃的故事，主要角色均在此篇登场。。在城里当导游的大顺，因为母亲病重被急召回家。母亲预感自己生命不长，劝求大顺娶多日照顾自己的凌花，但大顺已经和大凤好上了，为了满足母亲不得不和两个姑娘商量，与凌花假结婚。没想到，母亲的病痊愈了，凌花觉得假戏真做有希望，大顺和大凤却着了急，闹出了很多笑话.。The Hunt for Planet B follows a diverse group of scientists on a quest to find another Earth among the stars.
