某天，一具被钓鱼迷意外发现的尸体送到大学医学部法医学副教授桐山准（松下奈绪饰）面前。经过细致的解剖分析，桐山推翻了刑警村上卫（松重丰饰）等人关于意外溺水的论断，认为这个名叫笠井和磨（笠原秀幸饰）的年轻人很可能死于他杀。此前笠井因杀害女友入狱服刑，刚出狱不久便遭杀害，警方一致将嫌疑人锁定在笠井的同窗兼情敌远山俊平（柏原收史饰）的身上。谁知未过多久，远山也死于非命。在此期间，志愿成为救死扶伤医者的医学院大四学生犬饲一（横山裕饰）被分到桐山麾下实习。从最初的扭扭捏捏、各种不解，到后来亲眼目睹桐山教授一丝不苟的工作场面，他对“尸活师”这一神秘称谓有了全新的认识…… 本片根据杜野亚希的同名漫画改编。。In I Kissed A Boy, 10 single men head to Europe, where romance will start with a kiss.
