天龙与月如从小结下亲事，天龙出国留学多年，月如日盼夜盼，终于等到他回来。为了见天龙，月如穿上了从不穿的高跟鞋，却得知天龙去了妓院鬼混。天龙和妓院的头牌露露喝酒到深夜，因醉的厉害在自己的车上睡着了，醒来时却被警察发现露露死在自己车上，被抓起来。月如相信天龙不会杀人，于是找到刘督军把天龙保释出来，并答应刘督军在两天内找到真凶，不然就和天龙一起服罪......。It's amazing to have finally seen this lost film. Poor Mark Burns died this year without ever having seen the finished film! Why was it lost? It's quite good but I can understand that even if this film had a normal release in cinemas it would not have been a hit. It's too sad and tragic. The performances are great, tho.
