小人物韦宝宝（潘粤明 饰）因为泡妞无意间卷入了一场黑帮间“黑吃黑”的争斗，迫于无奈只得假扮名为“薛先生”的毒贩以求保命。却不料阴差阳错的遇到的了一心想办大案的“冒牌卧底”黄大强和文小天，还有已经在毒贩里面潜伏的线人“阿杰”（吴樾 饰），由此引发了各种啼笑皆非的事情，而真正的幕后黑手也渐渐浮出水面……。根据去年播出的「时间飞船24」世界观改编，以三恶人为主人公的时间飞船系列作品。三恶人是指本作中的坏蛋三人组，平常的掩饰身份为世界最大的教科书出版社“历史天国社”第14仓库课的成员，分别是毕玛乔（喜多村英梨）、兹夫亚基（平田广明）和铃木（三宅健太）。@。Speedy" loses his job as a soda-jerk, then spends the day with his girl at Coney Island. He then becomes a cab driver and delivers Babe Ruth to Yankee Stadium, where he stays to see the game. When the railroad tries to run the last horse-drawn trolley (operated by his girl's grandfather) out of business, "Speedy" organizes the neighborhood oldtimers to thwart their scheme.。
